BoS Meeting 3/2/06

The Board was not stopped by the ice storm. The meeting was held. Our regular note-takers were unable to attend. Fortunately both newspapers sent their reporters and both wrote about different aspects of the meeting. We have been assured that if you read both articles, you will have a good idea of the whole meeting.
