Frost Hollow road should have been fixed long ago.That being said,insulting the supervisors and planning board members is not going to help get Frost Hollow fixed.Talking to the township engineer(who meets with PENNDOT) and coming to township meetings on Thursday evenings (with neighbors) does. With regard to the Cattell/McCartney debate, that fire has hot coals and no easy solution.Another bridge across the Delaware at Frost Hollow is an idea.
